Wednesdays 7.00-8.00 pm
at Shannon AC Track on Bothar Sioda 

Training sessions tailored specifically for young athletes aged 12-17. Our program is designed to cater to the diverse interests and abilities of that age group, ensuring that every athlete has the opportunity to excel in their chosen discipline. 

 

Mondays: 6.30-7.30 pm

Sessions dedicated to athletes with a passion for speed and power. These sessions focus on:

 

- sprinting techniques

- honing jumping skills

- mastering various throwing events 

This is a perfect training for all athletes who prefer other disciplines that running. And wishing to focus on their technique in different areas. 

 

There's always music from speakers on Mondays.

Wednesdays 7.00-8.00 pm 

Training sessions focus on overall fitness and technique enhancement. These sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of teenagers, providing them with the opportunity to work on their physical conditioning, learn new skills, and improve their athletic techniques in a supportive environment.
