Shannon Athletics Club is open to anyone aged 7 upwards regardless of your background.  We have a friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and respected.

Monday 6.30 - 7.30 pm 12-17 Focus on throws and jumps
Wednesday 6.15 - 7.00 pm 7 and 8 year-olds Runs, turbo javelin, jumps plus body coordination for kids
Wednesday 7.00 - 8.00 pm 12 -17 Focus on sprint and long runs
