Shannon Athletics Club is open to anyone aged 7 upwards regardless of your background. We have a friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and respected.

Wednesday 6.15 - 7.00 pm | 7 and 8 year-olds | Runs, turbo javelin, jumps plus body coordination for kids |
Wednesday 7.00 - 8.00 pm | 12 -17 | Focus on sprint and long runs |
