Our training is held on the Old All Weather Pitch Shannon, beside St Senans Rugby Club.
From November to March we will be INDOORS in the Leisure Centre Shannon.
Tuesday 5:00 to 6:00
Thursday 5:00 to 6:00
New members aged 7 and up welcome.
All our Coaches are Accredited by Athletics Ireland.
