... A big Well Done to all our athletes who competed in the All Ireland B Cross Country Championships in Boyle Co Roscommon on Sunday February 5th in very tough conditions. Especially Well Done to Matthew Keating who won a Silver medal with the County Team in the boys U13. A Great race by Karl Fitzmaurice in the U17 boys to finish Second followed in 6th place by Jack Carrig, both winning individual medals. Along with Shane McGrath, Seamus McMahon and Joe Kelly Shannon AC won the Gold Medal in the Club competition. Karl, Jack & Shane also won Gold with the County Team!! A Big Thank You to the parents who traveled and helped on the day, a special Thank You to Harriet and Peter who gave up their time to help make the day a great success. Well Done everybody!!

....Congratulations to William Flynn who won Silver in the Junior Mens 400m, Harriet Flynn who won double Gold in the Junior Ladies 800m and 1500m. Congratulations also to Eamon Cleary who won Silver in the Senior Mens Shot Putt....

...Well done to Karl Fitzmaurice, Jack Carrig, William Flynn who all competed in the All-Ireland Cross Country Uneven ages on the Curragh last Sunday. Especially well done to Harriet Flynn who won a Bronze Medal with the Munster team!
..Also well done to Keith Dwane who competed in the Novice Mens competition
